As per the study, it has focused on recognizing modifiable lifestyle factors to forestall menopausal symptoms. However, hormone remedy has been proven to be an acceptable method for menopausal signs; instead, the quest for nonpharmacological treatment choices is underway, especially for women with certain risk factors and people who are not applicants for hormone therapy.
Researchers acknowledged that though several vegetables and fruits had an inverse association with menopause signs, higher consumption of several other forms of fruits and veggies was associated with more urogenital issues.
“There’s enough evidence that a nutritious diet rich in fruit and veggies has a beneficial impact on health in a myriad of ways; however, further study is required to determine whether varied menopause signs could also be affected by dietary offerings,” Faubion concluded.
